A little about me, and why I believe the details matter.

After nearly 20 years working in financial services, I’ve learned that some of the biggest operational frustrations come from surprisingly small things.

Instructions that only exist in someone’s head. Training that looks different depending on who’s delivering it. Processes that have evolved over time but were never properly documented.

I’ve spent much of my career helping make those things clearer, more consistent, and easier for people to follow.

And somewhere along the way, I realized that the work I genuinely enjoy most — organizing information, solving process problems, and turning complicated tasks into practical resources — could make a meaningful difference for small businesses, too.
